The principle of jamming Mavic drone signals. This drone uses two frequencies (2400 MHz and 5800 MHz). It uses 2400 MHz frequency to release the bomb. The drone descends to the ground at a distance of approximately 50 meters. The drone operator must then aim the sight to reset. The electronic warfare jams the 2400 MHz signal and the drone automatically rises and switches to the 5800 MHz frequency. If this frequency is not closed, then the drone attempts to descend to reset again. These maneuvers lead to loss of battery charge and the operator is forced to return the Mavic to its position, while performing an arbitrary reset without a sight. It is recommended to cover two frequencies (2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz) to block Mavic.
The method of using the antidrone electronic warfare (EW):
- – in the trench by the front. The devise turns on when drone is detected and turns off manually after it is neutralized. The antidrone electronic warfare (EW) can started from the remote control or stationary buttons on the system.
- – on a car/APC/tank. The unit with antennas is placed on the roof. The suitcase with the battery is placed in the vehicle.
